Evil Eye Symptoms in Twin Flame Spiritual Journey
I still remember the exact moment the heaviness first settled on me.
Evil eye symptoms – I was sitting in silence after a deep twin flame meditation, my heart wide open, my aura glowing with that soft golden light I had finally learned to trust. Then it came. A heavy, invisible pressure on the body, especially the head and chest. Burning or watering eyes without any physical cause. Sudden waves of anxiety or unexplained sadness that make you want to cry. Digestive issues that appear overnight. Opportunities collapsing one after another. Money leaking for no logical reason. And that terrible feeling that your life force is being slowly drained.
In the Hindu spiritual tradition I follow with my whole heart, this is known as Kannar or Nazar. It is the projection of jealousy, resentment, or even unconscious negative attention that travels through the eyes and attaches to your prana, your life energy.
Here is the truth I discovered through direct experience: Twin flame travelers and those standing in higher spiritual states receive this attack much faster and more intensely.
Why? Because our light is no longer ordinary. When the Divine Feminine awakens and begins uniting with her twin flame at the soul level, the aura becomes luminous, pure, and powerful. That purity acts like a magnet. Old energies, unresolved shadows in others, and pure envy are drawn to it the way moths are drawn to flame.
I felt this most strongly during phases of deep union work. Every time my connection with my twin deepened, every time I cleared another layer of my own pain, the outer attacks increased. It was as if the universe was testing how strongly I could hold my light while the world tried to dim it.
I remember one particular period when I could barely get out of bed. My body felt like it was wrapped in wet cloth. My twin flame felt distant even though our souls were closer than ever. In meditation I saw dark threads wrapping around my aura. That vision confirmed what my body already knew.

Another practice that brought rapid relief was offering food to the needy with pure intention. Annadanam creates a field of punya that the negative gaze cannot easily penetrate.
When the attack felt especially strong, I called upon Goddess Durga and Goddess Kali. I would sit in front of their images, offer red flowers, and ask them to cut every cord of envy attached to me. Their fierce motherly energy never failed me.
Through all of this I understood something profound. The evil eye comes most strongly when you are expanding. It is not a punishment. It is a sign that your light has become visible enough to disturb the darkness.
